Do you monitor TikTok?

How many topics can I monitor?
The number of topics you can monitor depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of “alerts” you can create. In all cases, you'll receive at least 2 alerts. We list the number of alerts you can have per plan here.
Can I track competitors or just my own brand?

Can I monitor hashtags?
Sure! We even recommend this as a best practice for social media such as Instagram and Twitter! If you use the basic alert, the assistant will also recommend hashtags associated with your keywords. keep in mind Mention looks for exact spelling and spacing matches. If you want to crawl the word 'hotdog' you would need to write both "hotdog" and "#hotdog" as keywords.
